Warranty
Claim Policy
Skamp
warrants each product manufactured by it
to be free of defects in material and
workmanship for a period of six
(6) months or 1000 hours for parts
and labor from the date of installation.
Ford Motor Company warrants the
engine to be free of defects in material
and workmanship for a period of two
(2) years or 2000 hours
for parts and labor on major
internal components from the date of
installation.
Warranty on tires and the battery
are covered separately by their
manufacturer.
Warranty
claims entered for the engine are done
through your local Ford Power Products
dealer.
The location of these dealers can
be determined by looking on their
website, www.fordpowerproducts.com.
Along with the basic engine, the
following parts are included in the Ford
warranty for one (1) year/1000 hours:

Steering Pump

•Gasoline
Carburetor |
•Engine
Wiring Harness |

Skamp's
warranty covers such parts as Skamp
shall inspect and find defective in
material or workmanship.
This warranty shall not apply to
Skamp's products which have been subject
to accident, accelerated wear,
unauthorized alterations, improper
installation, lack of maintenance, or
abuse.
Skamp
shall not be held liable for any repairs
of alterations by others except those
made with Skamp's written consent.
Prior written authorization must
be obtained for repair parts and
replacement with parts supplied by Skamp.
Unauthorized repairs or the use
of parts that have not been provided by
Skamp will result in loss of warranty.
Warranty
is entered
for payment to Skamp by using our
claim form.
The labor rate paid by Skamp
Industries is the dealership's internal
rate. Travel to and from the customers
location is paid in mileage at a rate of
.39/mile.

Parts
replaced on warranty must be returned to
Skamp Industries, Inc. for inspection
before claims can be settled.

Parts
replaced on warranty through Ford Motor
Company will be returned to the Ford
Power Products dealer working with your
dealership.
To
start warranty coverage, the
installation forms supplied with each
new truck must be returned to Ford Motor
Company and Skamp Industries, Inc .
